The silence brings smile,
words prove to be fragile,
the heartbeats provide the music,
the light becomes the lyric,
your sight of being distant,
is the proximity of being indifferent,
there comes the breeze,
taking the life beyond the crease,
a footprint left beyond the path,
helps me to trace you at last!

To be- a reason for your smile

It poured a lot, though it could not empty the sky,

I loved a lot, though it count not make someone mine,

I thought I drenched it, never knew the dry depth,

I covered it with embellishments, but I lacked the basics beneath,

bowed down to the supreme strength, the fact of like-wise love,

could not find a better way but to put in lifeless words,

it gave me sleepless nights, teary eye with a picture of lost world,

I gave it a chance, to make a different world,

beyond the lines, I challenged it to make it mine,

I lost the battle when you drew line on my toe line,

though it could never happen, I wont cry,

I would laugh it out for being the reason for your smile!
